Marketing for the Medicare world

Most marketers do not know what you are legally not allowed to say. I do.

Social media, content, and agent recruiting marketing built exclusively for Medicare agencies, FMOs, and producers. Written by someone who holds the AHIP certification, carries the license, and ran Medicare operations from inside the carrier.

The problem

You have two bad options and you know it.

Option one: hire a general marketing agency. They produce beautiful content that gets your TPMO disclaimer wrong, uses a superlative CMS does not allow, or promises a benefit you cannot promise. Now you have a compliance problem wearing a nice font.

Option two: do it yourself. Which means your best producer is writing Instagram captions in October instead of writing business during the single window that matters.

There is a third option. Hire someone who already lives in both worlds.

What I do

Four ways we can work together.

1

Beneficiary Facing Content

Compliance aware social content that builds trust with seniors and their adult children, who are very often the real decision makers.

  • Monthly content calendar built around AEP, OEP, and SEP realities
  • Short form video scripts and hooks
  • Educational carousels on plan types, MOOP, star ratings, and enrollment periods
  • Copy reviewed against CMS marketing and communication requirements, with required disclaimers included by default
2

Agent Recruiting Funnels

The hardest sale in this industry is not the policy. It is the producer.

  • Recruiting landing page and offer copy
  • LinkedIn and social campaigns targeting licensed and career changing prospects
  • Email and text nurture sequences from first touch to contracted
  • Onboarding communication that reduces first year attrition
3

Newsletter and Owned Audience

Social platforms rent you attention. A list is an asset you own.

  • Newsletter strategy, setup, and launch on beehiiv or your platform
  • Weekly or biweekly ghostwritten issues in your voice
  • Guest expert programming to grow authority without carrying the whole load
  • Growth strategy and subscriber analytics
4

Fractional Marketing Leadership

For agencies that need strategy, not just deliverables.

  • Quarterly growth plan tied to the enrollment calendar
  • Brand positioning and naming
  • Team enablement so your producers can post without creating compliance risk
  • AI workflow build so your team produces ten times the content in the same hours

A note on compliance

Your compliance reviewer should be approving, not rewriting.

I write marketing, not legal opinions, and nothing here replaces your compliance department or carrier review. What I do is make that review fast and boring. Copy arrives with the required TPMO disclaimer language, without prohibited superlatives, without unsupported benefit claims, and with the enrollment period framing that CMS expects.

AEP does not move for anyone. Let's get ahead of it.
